September 17, 2006i guess it is then.
i just realised the punchline now.
a few weeks before august 19th, i started slowly slipping into a pit that involved covetting someone else's partner. it wasn't a pretty feeling, let me tell you. i was always having this moral battle inside. it started with just an innocent feeling… sabihin na nating fondness grew horns and a nasty tail… tapos, nag-elevate to misery na because hindi talaga pwede. big temptation!! lord! hindi!!! gulo ang magiging consequence. at ayoko ng gulo!
and like a miracle, i saw him again. although i was sooo drunk that night, the mere fact we've spent a mere 30 minutes together had the effect i desperately needed. the next day, i already forgot about the other guy. one snap and that's it. goodbye! yun lang, i couldn't remember either what really happened between us… haha.
the puzzle: how can the man who've {okay! involuntarily} caused me so much emotional torture be used to actually save me from committing a grave sin of {almost} adultery? can't figure it out. the answer has not been revealed yet. what a twist.
anyway, almost a month after the 19th, eto na naman.
he's got a new girlfriend {again?} i just found out today. i've met her before and i knew she's one of us {the girls who are willing to get wrapped around his fingers… ah, Sting!} it's a big relief because i thought he got married… now THAT would have been something else. that would have ended this oh-so-gooood epic of mine. bwahahaha. anyway, it's not an impossibility that they'd end up together nor it's not hopeless for us to actually end up together some time in the blurry future .. well, whatever. bottomline is: either way, i have to end up smiling and meaning it. yun lang naman ang gusto ko: a RELIEF from this drama.
